 Are you a Veteran? Did you know that you could purchase a home with NO money down? 

If you are not a Veteran, do you know that you could purchase a home with a 3.5% down payment.  

Buyers and Sellers you can now create your own home search that will provide you with pictures, information and a map of homes in your search area. The information will be current and come from the Multiple Listing Service or MLS. If you would like to see any of the homes you found in your search just give us the address of the home along with a time and date that works for you even if it is on the weekend. Pick a contact method: email, text or call us and we will set it up for you. After showing you the home we will not pressure you to purchase the home. We want you to find your special home. To start click on “Buying” then click on “Dream Home Finder”. On the right hand side of the page it will say “Create Your Own Search for a Home in a Location” Enter your name and email address. If you do not want to enter your name, just enter “no name” but the system will need your email address so that it can send you your search. If you do not want to set up your search we will be glad to set it up for you. Just email us your search criteria. Then click on "Get a Free Market Report". PROPERTY DEED SCAM....Landowners are receiving mail that they must obtain a copy of their deeds at an inflated costs of $79 to $89. The actual cost for a copy of a deed is normally $4 or less from the County Recorder's office. Most landowners already have a deed and do not need a copy.
